Der ICOP ist immer wieder eine gute Möglichkeit für einen Blick über den Tellerrand. Es können Chancen und Probleme von Erzeugerorganisationen mit ausländischen Kollegen erörtert werden. Ein Highlight der heurigen Veranstaltung war die Präsentation von Mike Knowles, die viele interessante Details der internationalen Märkte aufgezeigt hat.

It is very useful to meet people from PO´s in different EU-countries to compare and to learn about the situation in each part of the EC.
It is also very much useful to hear directly from Brussels about what is happening with the EC-rules now and in the future.

I found the conference to be a very useful insight in to how the PO scheme is run in other parts of Europe, the UK tends to be rather isolated and I would encourage other UK producer organizations to attend this event. I made a number of useful contacts from many parts of the industry and will use these to help discover new opportunities in the future.
