Conditions of Participation

1. Registration

Registrations for training events of gfa - consulting gmbh must be made in writing (by post or e-mail) no later than four weeks before the beginning of the seminar, whereby the registrations are taken into account in the order of receipt. Please send your registrations to:

The course participant will receive a registration from us with all information, conditions and costs relevant to this booking. The course fee can be paid in two ways: total or partial payments. You decide upon signing up for a payment term. The total payment is due no later than 2 weeks before the start of the seminar. The partial payment variant is to be paid in each case 2 weeks before the respective module. The course participant will receive the respective invoice(s) from us.

2. Cancellation

Cancellations must be sent to us in written or electronic form. Up to and including 4 weeks before the start of the course we will not charge any fees in case of cancellation. If the cancellation is received by us then the cancellation fee is 50% of the course costs, if the seminar place reserved for you can not be occupied by a substitute participant. 7 days before the beginning of the course we will charge the full amount, whereby the payment of the cancellation fees will of course entitle you to the course documents. This also applies if you do not use the event space reserved for you without cancellation or do not perform an already fixed replacement date.

3. Rebooking

Up to and including 4 weeks before the beginning of the course, changes are free and possible at any time. In the event of a rebooking up to and including 8 days before the beginning of the course, the cancellation fees will be 50% of the course costs, if due to the rebooking the seminar can not be held at this date due to insufficient number of participants (at least 5 participants). Rebookings within 7 days before the course start are not possible.

4. Postponement, cancellation

We have the right to cancel or postpone any courses prior to their commencement, to exchange the trainer, and to slightly change the content and materials of the course without incurring any claims whatsoever. In the event of cancellations as a result of force majeure or other unforeseeable events (such as in the event of an accident, illness of the instructor, etc.), a new training appointment will be arranged immediately with the course participants. With regard to compensation for expenses and other damages such as loss of earnings as well as consequential and financial losses, gfa - consulting gmbh can under no circumstances be held liable for the reimbursement of costs incurred.

5. Payment

All quoted prices are in Euro excl. VAT and are due immediately after invoicing, which usually takes place after completion of the training (as part of trainings based on the counseling process) or when registering for training (in public trainings), without deduction to settle. Until full payment, all documents and products remain our property. For orders involving several units, we are entitled to submit partial invoices. In case of late payment default interest of 12% will be charged.

6. Offer, contract, prices

All offers are non-binding and valid for the stated period. From the introduction of a new price list, all previous price lists are invalid, with the exception of conditions in offers within the validity period. Contracts are concluded exclusively through our written order confirmation.

7. Copyright

Information, data and course materials passed on by gfa - consulting gmbh may under no circumstances be duplicated, altered or distributed in any form without our express written permission. This applies both to the public use and any adjustments to the lesson design. The client receives the right to use provided documents exclusively for his own purposes.

8. Liability

gfa - consulting gmbh is liable to participants for personal injury within the scope of mandatory statutory provisions. gfa - consulting gmbh is liable for other damages only to the extent that it or its agents are guilty of gross negligence or intent. Liability for slight negligence is excluded for any other damages. gfa - consulting gmbh accepts no liability for items brought by participants to one of our training courses.
